If you are not so much of a Breakfast type, you might want to try this tasty smoothie that is packed with so many important nutrients, like protein, fiber, omega 3 and antioxidants. The good thing about smoothies is that they are super fast to prepare and easy to drink – you can even have them on-the-go if you need to head to work.
This smoothie contains following Superfoods:
- Chia seeds
- 6oz milk
- 1/2 Banana (frozen or fresh)
- 5 -6 Strawberries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- Blueberries (fresh)
- Put all ingredients into a Blender or use an electrical hand mixer to blend well
- Pour in a cup or bottle – enjoy!
Tipp: You can easily freeze your own fruits. Especially very ripe bananas are great to freeze and then they can be used for your smoothies anytime you need them.
