Breakfast smoothie

Happy Monday everyone! Off to a new week!

If you are not so much of a Breakfast type, you might want to try this tasty smoothie that is packed with so many important nutrients, like protein, fiber, omega 3 and antioxidants. The good thing about smoothies is that they are super fast to prepare and easy to drink – you can even have them on-the-go if you need to head to work.

This smoothie contains following Superfoods:

  • Blueberries
  • Chia seeds

Ingredients

  • 6oz milk
  • 1/2 Banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 5 -6 Strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Blueberries (fresh)

Preparation

  • Put all ingredients into a Blender or use an electrical hand mixer to blend well
  • Pour in a cup or bottle – enjoy!

Tipp: You can easily freeze your own fruits. Especially very ripe bananas are great to freeze and then they can be used for your smoothies anytime you need them.
