Chiberry pancake

On Sundays, we love to make great and tasty breakfasts – and I think pancakes is just one of the best types of breakfast that you can have on a Sunday morning!

This recipe makes this delicious dish also a healthy treat, as it contains following Superfoods:

  • Chia seeds
  • Blueberries



  • Your favorite pancake pre-mix or a freshly prepared pancake dough (I personally used Aunt Jemina Buttermilk Complete mix for this recipe)
  • Chia seeds – I recommend 1 teaspoon per pancake that you are planning to make
  • Bluberries- a handful of them


  • Prepare the pancake mix
  • Carefully mix the chia seeds and blueberries into it
  • Bake the pancake mix in a pre-heated pan with some butter
  • Serve topped with agave syrup (it’s a great alternative to the maple syrup, tastes very similar, but it’s way healthier)
  • Enjoy and have a nice Sunday πŸ˜‰
